This website is all you will ever need to search for property. Keep it bookmarked!
There are 4 categories in which to search.
Start with "My Enhanced Listings" if you see a sign with my name on it.
If it is a green "Homelife Benchmark Realty" sign...but you have forgotten the agent name, search in "My Office Listings".
Public search takes you to our local Multiple Listings Service (MLS.ca) to view homes for sale by all real estate agents. (This will also lead you to access to other cities & their listings.)
Finally, if you are intensely searching ( and I know that some Buyers are on the internet several times a day)...go to the Virtual Office section. Create your own free log-in, and see listings the moment they hit MLS!
If you don't have time to search for a new home in, let my system do the work for you. Simply register to have your home search updated automatically.
